Share capital

Petrogrand shares were traded on NAsdaq OMX First North until 4 February 2016.

The share capital of Petrogrand AB amounts to 40 265 898 SEK divided into 40 265 898 outstanding shares, each with a par value of SEK 1 per share. On 15 February 2016 the Extraordinary General Meeting has resolved to reduce the share capital to 10 066 474,50 SEK. The reduction is subject to registration with Swedish Companies Registration Office, Euroclear Sweden AB and other formal requirments.
